Product not delivered
On 2 April 2011, I ordered a special polylatex mattress from Liquorish.co.za (Order no. 0037703). An amount of R 6, 840 was paid into the account of Desert Orange CC (Liquorish) on 4 April 2011. The mattress has not yet been delivered to my address. On my emails and phone calls there has been no reply. It's now 3 months since I ordered the product. H. Luehring

Liquorish stole my money
On 19/02/2011 I made an online purchase for a Chelino pram (Order Number: 0037492) and paid by EFT - the total amount was R3385.80. The website where I had to register is www.shop.hippo.co.za but the email confirmation of the purchase was received from liquorish.co.za. I then received a phone call from Barbara Musandiwa at Liquorish.co.za to state that they cannot supply the Chelino pram that I had ordered as there was no stock. I asked them to refund me and on 09/03/2011 Barbara sent me an email requesting my banking details which I did supply. I have written to Barbara on numerous occasions enquiring when I will get my refund. I have even tried to call the landline for Barbara Musandiwa / liquorish.co.za [Phone: +27 (011) 796 5195] but this number stays engaged all the time. All I want is a refund of my money which I now have to assume has been stolen by Liquorish.co.za. Who can help me please?

Stay away from this company
I ordered an item from this company through Bid or Buy. I sent Mokgadi Kutu a CLEAR message that they must deliver at my home address. Then they delivered to my work address! I sent an email to her requesting an answer as to how they are going to fix the problem and she is not responding at all. Stay away from this lot!!
