Can any one explain the reason for the transfer of realty purchased over 7 years before and why Lisa Gagliano continues to reside in 11 Beverly Road?

Isn't this fraudulent? Are these postings her way of covering up her fraud? Does she protest too much?

I found this information while rummaging thru a court file..
