Unable to resolve charges billed for tanning package that I requested to cancel. Personnel at tanning fitness were unable to assist me and gave me a phone number to call. I NEVER received a phone call back after leaving several messages on their answering machine. Not only have I had no luck contacting Customer Service, my sister has experienced the same problem. THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT SERVICE IS INCLUDED IN THE NAME OF THEIR DEPARTMENT AND WITHOUT SERVICE THEY LOSE CUSTOMERS.
