I was friends with the owner/operator of this company, John Faigle. He offered to sell me a pair of boots at a discounted price last July 2008, so I wrote him a check and mailed it to him. He promptly cashed the check and surprise surprise, I still have no boots and it's been ELEVEN MONTHS!!! And numerous emails and phone calls later, he still hasn't provided me with the boots or a refund. I have learned my lesson and will first of all, no longer do business with so-called friends, and second, make sure I make all purchases with a credit card so that I can file a chargeback with my credit company if I don't receive my goods.
