First off, I NEVER return anything I buy on the internet.

I myself sell things through the internet and know how frustrating customer service can be.

However, when a product just SUCKS so damn back that I have to take my precious time out to complain about it...you best believe I'm going all out.

First off, this company has the balls to charge me $75/month membership for it's diamond membership which will enable me to send emails to 5, 000 people every 2 days.

Sounds good right?

Check this...after 25, 000 emails and not one visitor to my site from those emails (yes I tracked it) to my site, I can honestly say you would get better site traffic paying someone to click your site 25, 000 times.

Do the math on that conversion rate! 25, 000 emails sent...zero visitors to your site...LET ALONE SALES!

Beyond that, when I asked for my money back the customer service was downright horrible and rude.

After about 7 emails back and forth, the service rep tells me that they cannot refund for advertising!

WHAT!

Excuse me, if that was the case, why wait 7 emails to tell me?

This company works through paypal and they do al they can to avoid refunds which is proof of their horrible business ethics.

So, in turn...I am going straight to my CC company and disputing the charge.

Thanks for showing the true nature of Mike Filsaime and his crappy products.
