I had a trip from Istanbul to Miami, in between I had a connecting flight in Rome on August 25, 09. Both of my luggages were not there when I arrived to Miami, I filed a claim w/ the airlines, next day one of the luggages were found however I am still missing the real one where I had all my suits, shoes, many important personal stuff. I am scheduled to have an engagement ceromony tomorrow night and I have no suit or anything. All the decorations I have purchased etc are also obviusly is not there either. Talking about how to screw someones once in a lifetime event...To date, now ord about the second luggage, each time we call voicemail is full at the baggage department and when I call the number in Litalia in corporate re baggage number does not even go through, when I do online search about the luggage, system tells me no such luggage exist...like a joke...
