I purchased a new CIVIC in 2005 and also bought the lifetime oil changes. Over the past 5 years no issue. Lithia Honda completed all needed oil changes with no issues. In 2010 I started taking it to the Lithia Dodge they began trying to upsell me on tires wipers and other service work. I got upset and expressed my concern to just provide the free lifetime oil change. After this I discovered that my car started to have issues with overheating and I had to take it to Keith Schults Garage and they informed me that the Dodge Dealer put leak stop in my radiator. This caused over $1200 in repairs that I can not get them to pay for. Anyone else have any issues with Lithia and a lifetime oil change?
