We got a thin crust pizza, half spicy sausage, half Italian combo, and the arugula fennel salad, which was all fantastic. But what really made the experience stand out as one of a kind was Francisco's incredible expertise as a mixologist. There is nothing I appreciate more than someone behind the bar who regards their work as a form of art and Francisco did just that. His drinks were perfectly balanced, delectable, and original. He went off-book and concocted me a delightful cocktail which I would have never thought to order for myself, which was artfully garnished.
