Poor - I wanted to order a Bounce House Trampoline for my grandkids for Christmas after receiving a catalog from them with a sale price of $59.99 in it that was supposed to be good until December 19. When trying to order it, it said it was out of stock and I could request an e-mail when they were back in stock. I then received an e-mail saying they were in stock for $99.99, which isn't the price they had in the catalog. I went to their site and it still said they were out of stock. Also, the Monday after Thanksgiving, I went to their site to see if they had them, and they had them listed for $39.99. I tried to order one then as well but was told they were out of stock. I then called them and they kept telling me it said in the catalog, "as long as supplies last, " which I didn't see anywhere in the catalog. I had done business with them before and got what I ordered, but after this fiasco I will never use their services again. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau but haven't heard anything back from them yet.
