hello, your employee send the package to my home after 15:00 in last friday (5, Mar 2010), but I am not at home, and my new roomate didn't know my exact name, then, your colleague didn't leave any paper for the new appointment to me, and my package was already send back to Germany when I call the servie center in the morning of this monday(8, Mar 2010).

this is unreasonable, normally, TNT must leave the paper to mention the new time for delivering if I am not at home . in addition, the package must be saved in NL for 7 days if you can't find the right person for this package.
but now, the package was just send back to Germany, how would you like to deal with this problem to me? the number of this package is RR378068383DE .
