Almost a year ago, I purchased on-line a green tea product from this company. After receiving the product it didn't meet my expectations so I cancelled any future shipments by calling the phone number on their site. I cancelled within the trial period and the person on the other end confirmed that I was under no obligation and that they would not send me or charge me for any more tea.
