I foolishly signed up with Live TV-web. Here is what followed:
1. They billed my credit card twice.
2. They do not answer their online requests for help.
3. They don't allow you to make a copy of any complaint you file.
4. If you want to enter a date as in say, April 11, you cannot. They don't allow numbers to be entered, you have to write "eleven".
5. They blocked my access to their member forum section.
6. I signed up because I wanted to watch the Masters golf, and they had a big advert. for it on their site. When I tried to watch, it was not available.
7. I did find a basketball game from Europe and the quality was horrendous, even though I had paid extra for the HD version.
8. I never could find the advertised DVR function.
9. They have a friendly looking woman with a headset indicating live help. It does not work.
10. The help number in the Bahamas either doesn't work, or they just don't answer it.
This company is a total scam. I fell for it, don't you. I would just like to get them to refund one of the charges they made, the rest I would chalk up to experience.
