Resume Builder
On March 31, 2011 I purchased a seven day trial Resume Builder subscription for $4.95
from LiveCareer.com. I used the service that was provided and on April 3, 2011 I began trying to reach them to cancel my trial subscription before it expired and transferred into a full subscription for $34.95. This company is extremely difficult to reach. They make it almost imppossible to cancel. I tried their Live Chat at least three times and had to leave a message. There is no evidence that my request was received and when I clicked submit I was popped of the site. There has not been a response from any of my requests. I have tried daily since to reach this company. The phone number is only recorded messages that referred me to the cusstomer service web site, that my browser could not find and the Live Chat that is not live. I tried using the reply to the emial that they sent me thanking me for my order twice and still not response. I have tried to reach this company everyday since either by email, Live Chat, or phone calls and I get no response. This is fraudulant activity.

This site is a ridiculous scheme to steal your money
I started using the trial version of this site, thinking that the resume they created for me was pretty decent looking so I paid the $5 to sign up. Little did I know, the resume they let you download looks NOTHING like the one you see on the screen (the spacing is all messed up, doesn't convert properly into Microsoft Word, the font changes and looks terrible, etc.)
Horrible site and not worth a single penny! The resume templates you can get off Word for free are 10x better looking, the career-building "quizzes" are ridden with ads for adult sites and basically useless.
Not only that, if you forget to unsubscribe (even though you EXPRESSLY only paid for a 4-day trial) they will go on to charge you $35 extra a month. This site is a ridiculous scheme to steal your money!
