I placed an on-line order with LiverpoolPC.com on the 06/02/2011 for a Sumvision Cyclone MKV V2 NAS Enclosure at a cost of £64.99 plus £5.49 for delivery. On the 08/02/2011 the amount of £70.48 was withdraw from my account which shows up as being credited to LiverpoolPC.com. As to date I have not received anything from them and have tried to contact them which has been unsuccessful. The Telephone number as advertised on the website is a waste of time as it seems to be ignored. The emails are all returned as undeliverable. I am very disappointed and angry, all i want is my money back as I can not afford the loss. I strongly recommend that you buy from a more reputable company and to avoid LiverpoolPC.com.
