Stole my money $19.95 out of my account after I had canceled the order. Was instructed to email addres [email protected] (teahelp). I did this also and still they took my money. I was told today after a stressful call that they would cancel and refund my money and gave me a code confirmation number. We will see. I am contacting my bank because this sent my account into overdraft and got the $25.00 fee, am still fighting this charge and will bring the websites info about fraud billings.
