i have recevied a message about digital cameras with some offers, so i have sent a message that i am intrested. i got a call from the india group nos. 911204795900, 911202563489, 00120618270 and they have explained about the products and offers for more than a hour.

i haved orderd a panasonic handycam and samsung LDC TV, they have told that we will get a confirmation mail to my emailid: [email protected] but the amounts are debit from my credit card for rs.20, 598/- 17699/- & 598. But after that i didt received any confirmation mail or dispatch details or any message to my mobile.

please advice us what action we can take on them.
