I had Dwight DJ for our wedding reception. Although he did an adequate job at the reception - his service since leaves much to be desired. As a part of our agreement - he was to provide a DVD of our reception. It has been over 3 months and we have yet to receive the DVD. He has not returned any of my 9 messages nor has he responded to my 8 emails. I have yet to get an explanation of why we don't have the DVD or when we can expect it. He just ignores my calls and emails. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also following up with small claims court to see if we are entitled to a refund since he breached our contract. His prices were reasonable but I guess the old saying applies "you get what you pay for!" BEWARE - he's not a man of his word!
