I originally pt in a complaint abpout thhis company as i was having problems gaining a refund of my initial broker fee, through this site i recived messages from the company and was able to gain my refund to which i am thankful for i then asked for the complaint to bbe removed as it had been resolved and now when i look at my bank account statements i find that they are still removing an amount of 8.99 from my account which hhas been done twice already.I would like to know what this amount is for as i have told them to cancel it all as i no longer needed their help...be wary of this company and others like it
