Partly filled out applicaton form online, when I got half way through after entering my bank details they inform you that a Fee of £55.oo is charged if they find you a loan, so I decided to not go ahead with this. Just go my bank statement and they have taken £8.99 out so I phoned them to ask why they have taken this out. They said its a monthly fee we charge you for getting you a loan. I told them that I have not even taken out a loan with you. I told them how dear they take that out of my bank when I have not filled out a DD form. Then they informed me that they would be taking out £55 on 15 of the month, this is a one off fee, plus £8.99 every month, but I said you dont understand I never completed all the form and that i have no loan with yourselves. I got in touch with my bank who informed me that they would get my money back for me and cancel direct debit. This is a total scam. Please do not touch this company ever.
