my partner was contacted by loan finder uk with a promise of finding him a loan. They never contacted him with any loan details. loan finder uk then set up a direct debit which the next day myself and my partner canclled the direct debit with lloyds tsb bank because we relised that something wasn't quite right.
they have since taken on the 30/4/2010 a furthe £28.00 which i never gave my consent to, i have spoken to lloyds bank and they have helped me a little bit but my point is that they have accessed my account without my consent. we have tried to contact loan finder uk and we have been unsucessfull
