After a bad divorce and being scammed by another loan mod company, this attorney is unprofessional and not qualified. My chapter 13 plan was never confirmed because each time a creditors meeting was scheduled, the paperwork was incorrect or the trustee was missing information. /name removed/ spent more time gabbing her mouth and speaking badly about the firm she worked for and co-workers than concentrating on clients paperwork.(side note, she was fired from the firm) She never scheduled for my 2nd to be written off and /name removed/ informed me five months later they do not do loan modifications even though my contract stated this. He is a pussy for an attorney and has no backbone or experience. He has only been praticing bankruptcy law for a year or so. DO NOT WASTE $3400 OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE FOOLS!!!
