I used this company for modification on my house and I paid them for 4 Month $699.99 each month and never do nothing. All the time they told me and work on your file and is not easy and I have to prepare a package and then send that to the lender .I call the mortgage company they told me they don t receive the paper work for my modification and after that I call First Universal they told me give them like a week because I send the package already then after that the person working in my loan quit and nobody told me nothing I found that after 3 week because I call . I left a message nobody call me and if they call me they do after few days you left a message or when you are upset. Then they told me first time of this process they told they going to take 2 month then they told me maybe going to take 4 month . At the 4 month I cancelled because they never call me for update and never do something.Only take the money .
