They have taken thousands of dollars of my money for a loan modification. When I call them I keep getting the runaround. I have received a forclosure notice and after speaking to my lender was told they haven't heard from anyone. I saw previons comlpaints about this company and actually called the florida attorney general's office and was told that they have received a bunch of the same complaints and they were looking into it. They told me it was illegal for them to be charging these fees. I have called the local paper and they are willing to help. my only advice I could give anyone about this company if the call is HANG UP!!!
