They are the worst lender I have ever had the displeasure to be associated with. My broker has been championing for me (all 3 of my credit scores are over 810) but Provident refuses to budge on one issue regarding an addition made to the home I am attempting to purchase. The addition was an enclosed porch made into a sun room that did not get a permit 15 years ago and now they want a permit. How stupid is that...they are not going to live there...I am!!! They are the absolute worst in the industry. Do not ever use them!!
