This company outsources i.e., third party. In our case we paid $110 and they sent the florist only $38. The flowers came with the florists number and info so we called to ask about them. They said that only received $38 and that's why they were so cheap (oh and a day late). Tried calling Local Blossom a bunch of times but they brushed me off. Manager finally emailed and asked for pics which I sent - said to send other sides (I guess he thought more flowers were hiding on the other side). All we got was ugly flowers and nasty customer service. Spare yourself the aggrevation - send chocolates instead. Heck, even flowers from the grocery store would be better.
