As, a small business we signed up to advertise with localcontractor123.com through localsuperpages.com. We set up an automatic payment on monthly schedule through our credit card company. After a couple of months we realized, this wasn't working or worth the money we were spending on it. We asked each of our new customers how they heard of us, and not one mentioned localcontractor. We called to ask them to cancell services. They took our call and assured us our ad would be cancelled the following month. (they mentioned that they needed a 30 day notice to cancell the charges, so we would likely be charged an additional month.) Which we were indeed charged an addtionnal month, then the next month another charge!!! We called again and they apologized and said they would get the automatic charges cancelled. Once again we were charged for two more addtional months (this is now four months!!!) we called our card company and asked them to block all charges and find a way to refund our money. The company claims that cancellations must be made by fax or email with receipt (which we were never told of!!!) We never received a refund for the amount of money that this company cheated us out of and we had to make a call to our bank to even get them to stop cheating us!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! BAD BAD BUSINESS!!!
