On May 8, 2010 I had a Loew's contractor come to my home to measure for two new doors, an entry way door and a storm door. That same day (5/8) I went to Loew's and ordered the doors using his measurements. Note it took two hours to order the doors between employee lunches and an inexperienced employee filling in to process the orders.

The contractor was scheduled (after two attempts) to install the doors on June 4, 2010. Loew's called on June 4th, 45 minutes prior to installation to inform me that their contractor would not install the doors because the measurements were incorrect.

The Loew's employee stated they will have to reschedule with a new contractor. I am not sure when I will have the two doors which I paid for installed. But what I do know is that I will never shop at Loew's again.
