Purchased Tapan Stove 11-06-2008.
Stove got hot without being tuned on.
Called Repair Service02-05-09. Repair person stated (in writing): "Ground & Hot Wires reversed on left Switches. Stove was re-wired.
03-11-09 - same Problem. Reported to Customer Service. Conf.# D355122823.
Repair person was called. Did not show but called. Said he has to order part.
Called back, said Part found. Advised to un-pluck Stove because it is a Fire Hazard!!
Will be at our house Saturday 03-14-09. DID NOT SHOW nor did he Cancel.
Called LOEWS Cust.SV again. Girl named Summer promised a call back.
03-15-09 - NO CALL BACK.
03-16-09 called Loews Customer SV again. Was told repair would be made 03-19-09. There are 2 Diabetics in this house. What am I suppose to do?
