I requested a stationary design from Logodesignpros. They had a promotion where I could get the stationary design and I would receive 250 printed business cards with the order. I could not view my logo on the business cards/stationary without first finalizing the logo. Once I viewed my business cards with logo I realized the logo wasn’t right but it was too late. Despite the money back guarantee the sales reps wouldn’t allow further revisions to my logo, so I was forced to print Business Cards “As Is.”

My logo and business cards are so pathetic…. I’ll have to go to another Company for complete logo redesign. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. As far as I know the Company is not registered to do business in the U.S. So they are playing for keeps…
