The company states that the logo design package I have chosen has 5 designers working on it. If that is the case, why does it take a MINIMUM of five days to update a phone number?

Further, the company states that the printing of my business cards, letterhead, and envelopes will take 4-6 weeks. Why is it that Logosharx takes 4-6 weeks, when the rest of the industry takes 1-2 weeks?
