i had seizures while doing depositions.. i was the plaintifff. i infrmed the attrney and the went outside for severlal mom ents... MY attorney came out 10 minutes later and never asked me if i needed medical attention.. he just said he was going to get a motion ffrom the courts to longer represent me... i said i want to finish. he said no to me... his associate neil malvone is n longer able to practice law in new jersey... unfortunately malvone misrepresented me in my bicycle accident and he screwed that one up.. lombardi couldn't wait to get rid of me... therefore, he felt this was a great opportunity to dissolve of me... malvone paim me off with cash and never asked me to sign a receipt staing he was giving me money... i met hime and barnes and noblee (menlo park, new jersey. he put the money on the books and said don't let anybody see you.. he did this twice. the lombardi did not spend much time on my case just like malvonr.. they are bad news call mr at 732-675-3005 for the detais.. thanks
