Used online booking form to book a cab... cab never turned up and i didn't receive any confirmation. Phoned the main man who's name and number appear on the website and he was VERY rude and even ended the call on me whilst i was explaining my problem.. He didnt care that no taxi turned up, he said he hasnt recieved the online booking form, i suggested perhaps there was an error with his website in that case and he said 'no i think your the error!' I found this incredibly rude and asked him if i could book a cab through him and he said no! Just really really unhelpful and rude! My cab was booked for 11am and 11:10am he emailed me saying he has 'only' just recieved my online booking form!

Appalling service! Would never book in the future!
