I took advantage of the offer of a 2 day trial with Lonely Wives Dating Club and paid my subscription, $6 approx.
They stated that on-billing would be automatic, if no advice to the contrary was received prior to the end of the trial period. I sent an email to their customer help facility the next day, to advise that I did not want to continue my subscription beyond the current trial and considered the matter finished.
On the third day, they billed me for a full additional months subscription. I have emailed them FIVE times, and had NOT ONE reply, in response to my question as to why they fraudulently accessed my card account.
The web-site in question is operated by Dellwood Holdings in Aruba ... wow, a long way from the arm of the legitimate law. Located in Aruba ... Fraud ... seems to add up.
