Horrible service
I paid what I thought was my final bill at the Sprint online site and received a confirmation number. I received the next billing cycle bill to find late charges and another month's bill. A dispute was opend THAT day with Emma. While I wait for the dispute to be closed, I pay the second bill. Several phone calls later with the finance dispute department and the direction to pay no future bills until the dispute is closed and... I receive another bill. Yes, more late charges, from the December and January bills. Another phone call to Sprint. One transfer and several minutes later I am informed that the dispute was closed and they could not located the December payment, however; the January payment was received. The customer service representative removed the late fees and stated it would be reflected in approximately 72 hours. Now I have paid the December bill. I have spoken to her supervisor, Roger Fairbrother. I am thoroughly disgusted that I wasted more than an hour of my time over a month period all to end up paying the $11.71 bill, again. The personnel were kind, but the endstate of the service was HORRIBLE.
