I went thru the drive thru today as I usually do and placed order. Everytime I go there they take my money first and give me a receipt.
Today the cashier took my money but did not give me my change or receipt. She was not going to give it to me until I ask for it and it was right in front of her. My bill was $6.48 and I gave her $7.00. She gave me my food and I had to ask for my change. She picked up the receipt and gave me $.50 in change. It is not the point that she kept $.02 but that she intenionally mean't to keep all of my change. Just thought you might like to know this information. Your food is great and I eat from there at least twice a month. When I called to take survey it always says they have already had a call from this number and I know that is not true because I usually call the same day and had not called yet.
