Wrong order
I went to the Long John Silvers at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I ordered the family meal with 6 fish/2 chicken. What I got once I got home and checked the order - 2 fish/6 chicken. The kids were upset and I was frustrated. I did not go back to the restaurant since I had worked all day and the kids were cranky. NEVER take for granted the order is correct from this restaurant or any place for that matter.

Rude service and terrible food
the food was half cooked/and tasteless. And the store help was VERY rude when we placed our order and ask for extra tater sauce. Should not be that big of a deal. They acted like they had to make that.

DISHONEST EMPLOYEES
MY DAUGHTERS PURSE WAS LEFT ON THE FRONT COUNTER AND A EMPLOYEE TOOK HER PURSE, NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENDED TO THE PURSE, ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE EATING AT THE LONG JOHNS SILVERS IN ALTUS, OK

over cooked and nasty meal
i went to the one on 6th ave and i orderd a number 4 also i lookd at the reacet no phone number to call this was last night so i couldnt kall an complain..the food was over cooked the french fryes were old and nasty..and i was expecting to injoy my food and i didnt..this was about 9pm

food and service are bad
I would like to say the long john silvers store #5352 in lubbock tx address 5402 4th st is the worse place i have ever eaten at.The people that work there are very slow, very rude and can never get the orders right .

Customer Service
On 6/5/08, after swimming lessons, I stopped by LJS to grab dinner since it was a little late. I ordered myself the Monster Fish Combo. The picture in the drive-thru showed 2 large pcs of fish. After paying $5.94, the cashier said it would be a minute which was more like 8 minutes. When I got home, I found I have one small pc of fish. I called the location to see if there were supposed to be 2 pcs. I called for 35 minutes with no answer. By this time I was angry, but I couldn't go back because I have a 21 month old and a 3 month old that I did not want to load up in the car again. This location definitely needs to realize the importance of customers.

Too hot to eat inside
Stop by to eat and enjoy the cool dining room while we eat but the temp inside was so hot we left and got back inside our car. Also flies were everywhere landing on our food.

Service/attitude
Went to business approximately 7:30 PM 5-31-08 to purchase two orders of 2 Fish & Fries using two Coupons valued at $2.59 Each. I ordered and at the end of my order I advised w/coupons. The Window Clerk brought the food to me at window and advised that I owed $9.72. I advised not with the coupons at 2.59 each. He got mighty pissed when I gave him the coupons and he advised that I didn't tell him I had coupons. I advised you didn't listen to my order. My order with coupons figures like this: two coupons @ 2.59 ea = 5.18
Tax= .43
Total Cost = 5.61
I paid with a $10.00 Bill 10.00
Total Order Cost - 5.61
Change I should of got 4.39
Change Received 3.52
Change Short .87
It's not the shortage of change that concerns me. It is the attitude of the person operating the order window. Question is, when a person pays with coupons, is the size of the order size smaller or what.
The Order Clerk was qukiet beligerant about having to take the coupons. I just don't understand what the problem is. The difference in cost is:
With Coupons, the cost is $5.61
Without Coupons, the cost is $7.92
With the attitude of this establishment, guess I'll just find another place to patronize.

piss poor service
entered rest.5-02-08 1245pm 2 people inline infront of me fianaly at 1.01 pm i got to order food
the cashier shauna a very clearly slow person, working register by her self walking away from register several times no apparent reason then returning taking single orders from each customers
no multi orders, and may i state only register open.
I see no reason to hold up cstomer this long to order a meal when they should have opened a 2nd register due to her slow ness or jus not knowing og what she was doing. I had tcket # 4492 and will go else were in the future when i dont have 20-25 mins to order food.
it was not busy so why hae customers wait unnecessay because of one retarded clerk..
food not hot, could not tell fish from chicken and to let you know i ordered super sample at regular price had coupon for a dollar off but she coudnt figure it out and i didnt have another 20-25 mins.
I like kfc/ long johns but dont think this worth
waiting so long to place and receive one order/
