I cancelled my contract with Flexicell. They still kept on deducting the money off my account illegally. The Bank advised that I should close my account and open another as they had numerous people who experienced the same fraudulent activities from Flexicell after their cell contracts are cancelled. Now Flexicell have blacklisted me and I cannot obtain finance for a vehicle because of them blacklisting me illegally. I have tried to get hold of the credit bureau to explain and lodge a complaint but they don't answer their phones. I have to phone from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg and wait sometimes 30 minutes and they don't answer. I am wasting more money to fix Flexicell's mess and I am still getting no where. Please help.
