I ordered the Lost Season set of 1-6 from this company...five of the dvds do not work at all...when I attempted to email the company and notify them, they do not respond and their is no information on my credit card site as to how to get ahold of them except the website confirming they were sent. I have tried two emails and have heard nothing back as of yet.
