two rooms booked in the name of Rajat Mahajan, London
the bathroom of the hotel was so small that seems to have been added in the room without specific norms. the hotel seems to be converted from general living accomodation to hotel. my complaint is the approving authorities must look into the barest minimum space for rooms and bathrooms etc especially which are converted into hotels. in such hotels the owner tries to create max rooms without caring for space for bathrooms causing inconvenience to visitors. in case there was no sufficient space for bathroom in that case hotel approving authority should not have given licence to operate the hotel. the gullible visitor comes at such places once in life time and has no place to vent his grievance.
