I don'ot know if it, at this stage, a complaint but it is more FOR AN ENQUIRY to know the truth, whether this UK National Lottery is any legal or a genuine Company,
duly registered and formally supported by the UK Government (since its name says as "UK National.."

I am NOT aware how and from where did they get my email address; and know my personal particularly.

Without my ever buying any play coupon or filling any sweepstake whatsoever, I had directly received a message on my email that I had won 'UKP850000,
and that I should contact a courier Company, Inter-Global Express, again a London-based, for whom I may need to 'pay courier fees'.

ALSO, I need to know if and whether this courier company, INTER-GLOBAL EXPRESS is any genuine or legal company. Will be grateful to know 'the true
facts' prior to I proceed any further; they already have my email address/personal particulars.
