Ordered there product some three weeks ago with the assurance it would be at my home in 4-7 days... after two weeks i started emailing the so called help or support dept... (right) anyway after 4 emails i have yet to receive one reply none zero i paid 45 bucks for the software ... a few days ago they put a post on there web site stating there was a transformer that blew out across the street and fried everything in the building (righhhht) i can understand if there was a delay but they are claiming 4-6 weeks on the site now are you kidding me ? after research on BBB i found they have had the same complaint before ... and what kind of business Don't have A PHONE !!!? BEWARE BAD PRACTICE HERE FOLKS ...
