In October 2010 I purchased a lounge suite from Lewis stores, within the first week I reported the furniture as faulty.to the store and the regional manager who couldnt care less.I have reported the matter numerous times telephonically and in person without a response.It has taken them 4 months to collect the furniture after which I decided I no longer want the goods, the store is now refusing to take the goods back.I am fed up of their lies and lack of communication, honesty and customer service.The staff at Lewis stores are the most incompetent fool around and should rather give up their jobs, Im sure there are people out there who are much more competent than these fools I had to deal with.
