Ordered R9 3 & 5 woods without checking for reviews first. Subsequently found reviews re being China based and experiences of counterfeit goods. Within 1/2 hour I emailed them to cancel the order in accordance with their order cancelation policy. Was then told there was a 20% handling/shipping charge.

Emails were in poor English from a "Jane Smith". I have had various email exchanges and now discovered they have charged a higher amount to my credit card.

Fortunately I am able to dispute the payment and charge back via my Cr Card company. I have provided a copy of the electronic invoice together with screen prints of every T & C and Q & A screen on their website.

My advice is avoid this site at all costs. If you've already ordered/paid, contact your Cr Card provider within 14 days and make sure you have all the supporting info from their website. Whilst a pain, you should get your money back.
