Love lady automotive in Pelham is a scam! Drivetime sent me there because my breaks wee squeaking. The gentleman sitting in he office told me I needed back breaks and 5 min later the mechanic cane in and lied and said I didnt need breaks. Then they looked at each other like "why you said that". Then once I told them about my back breaks and they said they could fix both but they only fixed the back pads. They claimed that when the mechanic drove my carthey didn't hear anything. I came back because of the scrubbing on my front breaks and this time I rode with the mechanic so I made sure he didnt lie to me this time and he heard the breaks and they still didn't fix my front pads.
