I Irma M. Cisneros open the account 2 years ago. The first year there was no annual fee. The second year they charged me $99.00 and that was fine. That same year they charge the account another $99.00 and I called and I complained and they said they were going to send me a check to reimbursed me the $99.00 and they never did. I called them 3 times and they said that they would but they never did. I have tried to called them several times but they do not answer the telephone and I can't find them on the internet or anywhere. Please if you find anything about LPU please help me find them so i can prosecute them. I'm also going to report them to the credit buareu.
