promise to lower my mortgae payments within two to three months at $ 249 a month not to exeed three months, they withdrew four payments and was going for the fifth but i put a block on my account, it is now seven months and they told me the payments would would be higher because i had interest only payment before and now with principal and interest my payment will be higher so the can't help me, i am now nine hundred and ninety six dollars poorer i ask them to return my money and no one return my messages or emails.
