Bought a cell phone skin, arrived not as described. It wasn't fully painted black as shown in the ad. They refused to pay my shipping to return it. This company makes its money on shipping costs, so refusing to reimburse shipping is like refusing to refund a return. Very delayed in their responses to my emails.
