11-13 07 my husband and I bought a dishwasher from lowes in Bismarck with the understanding that we would not have to deal with the service man out of Steele n.d. if something when wrong with it because we dealt with him before and know what he is like. the sales man said no problem they sent out service men from the bismarck mandan area. So we said fine. we also took out the extend warranty. two month ago my dishwasher wasn't getting the dishers clean so I called the maytag service line they told me they would sent out a service man from Steele I said "NO" they told me I had to take him because he was in our area, I called Lowes up they told me I had to do what maytag wanted since it was there appliance, we got into a argument about it and I was upset because I felt that they Lied to us when I told them I was going to take if futher all I got was banned from the store.
