Sold extended warranty at the date of purchase 250. 00 dollars. 2 years after purchase needed warranty work on the handle of the deck of the riding mower. Rosencrans of N.H. John Deere did the work. . The work was done over 1 month a go. They will not release the mower due to Lowes extended warranty paying on half of the cost of repair and delivery to and from Rosencrans. Right now my riding mower is sitting outside in the snow. Many calls to Lowes but the pass the buck, you can not get a straight answer from the service people. They never cll back .I have heard to many times, this will be taking care of by the end of the week. Please to not buy extended service warranty at the end of the purchase, it is a scam, You will be sorry when you need to use it. Mark Pease
