Refund
i called and requested a refund and i was told that the 79.00 and the 120.00 would have to go onto my next month payment and I called in to cancel before the 30days were up.
i never used the card, this is a rip off

they charge too much !
they ask for too many activation fee and membership fee along with a $99.00 payment per month excluding payments for your order. a I had to pay $79.00/$139.00 and they are asking for $198.00 along with $99.00 wow! that is scam I regret knowing this scam company and above all all these money are nonrefundable!

taking money from account never even actvated account with company
I have had to withdrawls from my personnal account and i never activated my account with Lowpaycard they need to refund my money of 120.00 and 79.00. This is stealing if i ever seen it!!! I will prosecute if i have to if this occurs again and i dont recieve my refund back to my account!!!

Unauthorized debit
I was offered this card and had called them regarding a $ 7800 credit line. I began the process and soon after realized that this was not the same company I had originally requested information about. I informed her about the mistake and told her I was not interested but they still debited my account for $79 and then $120.

ACTIVATION FEE
I HAD A $79.99 FEE DEBITED FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. LOWPAYCARD SAID THAT I GAVE THEM AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE CODE - WHICH IS PART OF THE ACCOUNT # - I ASKED FOR THEM TO SEND ME THE FORMS BY EMAIL AND THEY DO NOT EMAIL THEY SAID THEY CAN MAIL THEM ANYWAYS BEAWARE AND IN TODAYS ECONOMY THAT $79.99 TOTALLY HURTS

Unauthorized account charge!
Miss-lead me into thinking that i was getting a Member Card. That allows you to buy items at lower price. I gave them my checking account information and other information about me. They told me i would not have to pay anything up front and it would be billed to my first bill cycle. When I receive my card in the mail, I went online to check out what they offer in there ''catalogue''. When I tried to login with my account number and password. It did not allow me to login. I called customer service 15 times in one day, they had a voice mail come on saying '' they had a high call volume and to leave a message''. I could not leave a message because the mail box was full. I call the next business day and the number was disconnected.
I email them from the website and i never got a email back.
On Dec 07,2007 $79.00 came out of my account.
On Dec 21,2007 $120.00 came out of my account.
Beware of this fraud company!! Low Pay, Inc. ('Low Pay').
